What is Ask4Exam?
Ask4Exam is a study platform for Bangladeshi MBBS students. It combines a textbook library, an AI that answers with book-and-page citations, and — soon — exam practice on the same subject and topic taxonomy. One A4E ID works across all of them.
Is Ask4Exam free?
Creating an A4E ID is free, and free library books stay open without a plan. AI plans and paid library packages are one-time purchases for a fixed number of days; AI plans start at ৳99 for 30 days.
How do the citations work?
The AI answers from the indexed textbooks and attaches the book, edition and printed page it used. You can open the library and read the surrounding passage yourself. If the indexed material does not support an answer, the assistant should say so rather than invent a citation.
Which textbooks are indexed?
The live catalogue includes titles such as Robbins & Cotran, Davidson's, Harrison's, Bailey & Love, Gray's Anatomy, Guyton & Hall, Ganong, Katzung, Harper and Park. The library and the How it works page show the current list; coverage grows over time.
How do I pay?
Choose a plan in the Store inside your A4E account, send the exact amount to the bKash merchant number shown at checkout, then paste the bKash TrxID. The team verifies payments manually, usually within a few hours. No card or auto-renewal is involved.
When does my access start?
Access starts after the payment is verified, not at the moment you paste the TrxID. Your order status is visible on the Activity timeline in your account.
How many devices can I use?
An account can have up to three active devices — for example a phone, a laptop and a tablet. Signing in on a new device may retire the oldest active one. Device changes are limited to protect the account.
Do I need a password?
No. You can sign in with a one-time email code or with Google. You can add an optional password during account setup, and reset it later with an email code.
What happens when a plan ends?
The plan simply stops. There is no automatic renewal, and your A4E ID and free library access remain. You can buy another plan whenever you need one.
Is the Exam app available?
Not yet. The Exam route is reserved and will use the same taxonomy as AI and Library, so practice questions can point back to the same chapter and source.
How do I report a wrong answer or citation?
Contact support with your A4E ID, the question you asked, and the book, edition and page shown in the citation. That lets the team check the indexed source directly.
What if my payment is not verified?
Send support your A4E ID and the bKash TrxID. Do not send your bKash PIN, OTP or password — Ask4Exam staff will never ask for them.
