Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ask4Exam — the AI, Library and coming Exam surfaces — and your A4E ID. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. Who can use Ask4Exam

Ask4Exam is built for medical students in Bangladesh. You must give accurate profile information and keep your account secure. One person, one A4E ID. Do not create accounts for others or share an account.

2. Your A4E ID and devices

Ask4Exam allows up to three active devices. Signing in beyond that retires the least-recently-used device, and repeated device changes can lead to a block or ban under our account-sharing policy. Support can review and unblock an account.

3. Using the service

• Use Ask4Exam for your own study. Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the service or its content.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, device limits or payment verification.
• AI answers are study aids, not medical advice. Verify clinical decisions against the cited textbook and your institution’s guidance.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or patient-identifying content.

4. Library content and intellectual property

Ask4Exam notes and the library reading experience belong to Ask4Exam. Textbook extracts remain the property of their publishers and are provided for personal study with citation. You may not copy, publish or resell them. The Ask4Exam name, logo and A4E ID are our marks.

5. Payments and access

Prices are shown in BDT. Payments are made by bKash and verified manually by our team. Access begins after verification, usually within a few hours. If a payment is incorrect or not verified, contact support with the TrxID. We do not store card details.

6. Availability and changes

We improve the product continuously. Features may change, and the Exam surface is not yet available. We aim for high availability but cannot promise uninterrupted service.

7. Suspension

We may block or ban an account for account sharing, abuse, fraud or a breach of these terms. You can appeal through support with your A4E ID.
